Alberta Provincial Performance Team If an invited rider declines the invitation to join the team then the BMX Committee and coach will pick from their pre-determined ‘short-list’ to fill that spot. If that spot was initially offered as one of the 8 ‘point-spots’ then the committee is requested but not bound to invite the next rider using the points system. If a team member declines to attend two team projects (for reasons other than injury) that rider forfeits his or her position on the team.
