Tara Whitten (Velocity) placed 7th in the Women’s Individual Pursuit with a time of 3:38.962 at the opening day of the 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Pruszkow, Poland.  More information regarding the 2009 Track World championships can be found at the event website.
