Note to all Alberta Chief Commissaires,

The Alberta Bicycle Association will be hosting the annual Chief Commissaire Seminar on Sunday March 2nd, 2014. The event will take place at the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame in Red Deer from 10:00am until 5:00pm. Discussions will be led by UCI Commissaires representing all disciplines. This year's seminar will be open to all Provincial A-level Commissaires, National Commissaires and/or UCI Commissaires interested in attending. There may be limited space open to aspiring B- or C-level Commissaires on a first-come first-serve basis.

The aim of this year's seminar will be to discuss best practice in Provincial officiating by looking at past cases and examining Provincial, National and UCI rulebooks and recent changes. The day's activities will start with general discussion encompassing all disciplines before breaking-off into discipline-specific groups. Chief Commissaires from all disciplines are encouraged to attend.
